How We Work
Last updated: 2026-08-08
An independent publisher covering apple cider vinegar and ketone-salt gummies. Not the manufacturer, not the official store, not affiliated with the brand. This page describes the method rather than the mission statement.
Step one: get the panel
Before a word is written we obtain the Supplement Facts panel and photograph it. Everything quantitative on this site is read off that panel — the 525 mg blend, the 8 calories, the 2 grams of sugar, the three mineral rows. If we cannot see the panel, we do not write the numbers.
Step two: find what the panel refuses to say
A proprietary blend prints a total, not a breakdown, so the ratio of vinegar to ketone salt is withheld by design. We mark that gap clearly instead of papering over it, and where a legitimate inference is available — here, reading the declared minerals back through the mineral fraction of each BHB salt — we publish the working and label the answer an estimate.
Step three: check the mechanism against the dose
An ingredient being present is not the same as an ingredient being active. Acetic acid has a plausible pre-meal mechanism at the amounts in a gummy. Ketone salts do not, at tens of milligrams against the ten to twenty-five grams used in research. We report both findings even when only one of them helps the sale.
Step four: leave out what cannot be stood behind
This site carries no customer testimonials, quotes, star ratings or review counts. We could not trace any to a source we can verify, so we publish none at all. It also carries no struck-through former price and no savings figure, because we could not confirm a regular price the store actually charges. Both sections are simply absent, which is the correct outcome.
The commercial part, stated plainly
We earn an affiliate commission on purchases made through links here, at no additional cost to you, and that is our only income. The method above is our answer to the obvious objection: it is designed to produce sentences an affiliate would rather not write, and to keep them on the page.
Scope, and where to take a health question
Nothing here is medical advice and this product is not a treatment for any condition. Please read the medical disclaimer and speak to a clinician about your own circumstances, particularly if you take medication affecting blood glucose or potassium.
