Orders, refunds and deliveries are the seller's
We publish about this product; we do not sell it. There is no order lookup on our side, no payment record, no shipping status and no refund button. All of it lives with the merchant, whose support address is on the confirmation email, and who administers the 60-day guarantee themselves. Hold on to that email — it is what their support will ask for.
